Kids Warehouse has a 14 day Return/Exchange Policy on any goods bought in store or online.
Items must be in the same condition as when purchased with either a receipt or Item tag to recall the sale and ensure the correct amount of store credit is issued at time of the return/exchange. We offer Exchange or Credit Note on items purchased from Kids Warehouse. Refunds are rarely issued are not issued for change of mind, misuse of product in a way that it contributed to the problem. Kids Warehouse are always happy to assist you to reach an agreeable outcome that will result in a positive ongoing relationship. Kids Warehouse offers a Flat Postage Fee of $14.95 and where orders are over $150 (in one transaction) Postage is Free.
